1. Shipping Timeframe

OutdoorHQ strives to ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly. Once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, we will process the shipment within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically occurs 6 to 12 business days after the purchase date, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on shipping destination, customs clearance, and other unforeseen delays. OutdoorHQ is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

2. Shipping Rates

At OutdoorHQ, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • European Union countries

No additional shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

OutdoorHQ is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 6. Lost or Damaged Items

OutdoorHQ takes great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email support] so we can resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and provide photos as requested by our support team.

7. Shipping Changes

If you need to change the shipping address or modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or alter the order.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus any shipping fees. If you wish to have the package re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
